RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Made to Order Garments
- As all our garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Please Note
- No Exchange for Colour or Size: We do not offer exchanges due to colour mismatch or size issues
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your garments arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at info@lalneeraj.com. Please note that shipping costs, duties, or taxes incurred will not be refunded.
Return Process
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be shipped to us via a trackable courier, with a copy of your receipt.
- Items must be in their original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags intact and packed in the original packaging or a secure box.
To ensure the smooth process, please include the following details in your email
- Order Number: For reference.
- Delivery Address: Address where the items were delivered.
- Reason for Return: Specify the reason for your return.
- Images of Defects: If reporting a defective or incorrect item, include clear photos showing the issue.
Return & Quality Check Process
- Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Check team will inspect it for defects. After the inspection, our Customer Care team will contact you to guide you through the next steps.
- Please ensure the item is unworn, unused, and has all original tags intact for an efficient resolution.
Refund Processing Timeframe
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 to 15 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

Discretion of Returns
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Lalneeraj Clothing LLP.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
- We cannot offer refunds if the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts or if the recipient refuses the package.
Colour Representation Disclaimer
- While we strive to accurately represent the colors of our products, the colors displayed on your monitor, tablet, or mobile device may differ. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will match the product’s true colour.
Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, cancellations will not be accepted.
